EfTEN United Property Fund first residential investment
The EfTEN United Property Fund invested 200 000 euros to the EfTEN Residential Property Fund at nominal price. The EfTEN Residential Fund invests in rental apartment buildings in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Over 50 000 euros of the investment has already been placed to the Kadaka Metsapark residential development in Tallinn. The development has 112 apartments and is scheduled to be finished in December 2021. Remaining part of the investment will be placed to residential developments in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
