Fund\u2019s minimum subscription amount is 10 euros.<\/p>\n<p>The fund is the first one in the Baltics investing across the full spectrum of real estate segments: commercial properties (logistics and shopping centres, offices, etc), residential properties as well as in real estate development projects. The fund will invest in other funds as managed by EfTEN Capital and directly in real estate projects.<\/p>\n<p>The fund is open for regular subscriptions \u2013 investors can invest in the fund with a lump-sum or regularly on monthly basis.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund does not charge a subscription fee and success fee. There is also no fee on uninvested capital and no second layer fees while investing to EfTEN Capital funds.
