{"id":4690,"date":"2020-01-06T08:28:30","date_gmt":"2020-01-06T06:28:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eften.ee\/?p=4690"},"modified":"2020-01-06T08:28:33","modified_gmt":"2020-01-06T06:28:33","slug":"eften-real-estate-fund-4-acquired-a-logistics-building-in-the-outskirts-of-riga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eften.ee\/en\/eften-real-estate-fund-4-news\/eften-real-estate-fund-4-acquired-a-logistics-building-in-the-outskirts-of-riga\/","title":{"rendered":"EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4 acquired a logistics building in the outskirts of Riga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4, a fund managed by EfTEN Capital AS, acquired in Latvia Logistics property in \u0136ekava parish that encompasses logistics and office spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viljar Arakas, CEO of EfTEN Capital AS, highlighted the property\u2019s\nexcellent location in the crossroads of different trade routes and with a good\naccess to Riga. \u201cFor the fund, it\u2019s also a very attractive transaction when\nconsidering the purchase price per square,\u201d added Arakas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the outskirts of Riga and next to the Via Baltica, the\nbuilding is housing several tenants, like logistics companies Trialto Latvia and\nDHL, Tele2, SEB Banka AS and SEB&nbsp;Shared Service Center in&nbsp;Riga. The building was commissioned in 2007 and\nits gross area amounts to about 39,000 square metres, the entire land plot area\nbeing about 10.3 hectares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the acquisition, EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4 made its first investment\nin the logistics segment.
