According to Viljas Arakas, Chairman of the Management Board of AS EfTEN Kinnisvarafond, the quality of tenants is of the utmost importance when making such purchases. \u201cEfTEN analyses many projects and the basis for investment decisions is the length of stay and trustworthiness of the tenants,\u201d Arakas said.<\/p>\n<p>In June of this year, Riigi Kinnisvara AS called upon potential buyers to inform them of their wishes. 22 parties were interested in the office building located at L\u00f5kke tn 4.
