In addition to the extension in process, we will freshen up the appearance of the entire centre and tidy up the parking lot. The arrival of S\u00e4\u00e4stumarket is an important indicator in the development of the position of the centre on the P\u00e4rnu retail market, said \u00d5un. According to him, the construction and renovation works of Lepa Centre are being performed by Eston Ehitus, who won the competition organised among six bidders. According to \u00d5un, Lepa Centre has great potential. The owners are investing into the centre in order to bring new lessees to the building, in addition to the already present high-quality tenants. Due to the proximity of our beach district and the immediate vicinity of the historical P\u00e4rnu Market, we are located in a unique site, the existence of which is rather a synergy for the development of the centre, \u00d5un said.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, the largest tenants of Lepa Centre are Pharmac, Estonian Post, Fashionoutlet, Lihakarn, Bilaina, Natali, Susanna, Liiwi Kaubandus and Mai Apteek. The Lepa Centre registered immovable was acquired at the end of 2009 by the joint company Lepa Keskus O\u00dc of the investment company O\u00dc Aromare, which is owned by EfTEN Kinnisvarafond and Silikaat Group.
