The Association of Real Estate Companies of Estonia (EKFL) has nominated the laureate of Real Estate Event 2013 on 24th of April, which is EfTEN Capital AS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201eThe reason why EfTEN Capital AS got more votes than other nominees and was chosen as the award winner was the EfTEN Real Estate Fund managed by EfTEN Capital AS,\u201c said T\u00f5nis R\u00fc\u00fctel, Managing Director of the EKFL.<\/p>\n

EfTEN Real Estate Fund, which is based on domestic capital, has been the most active entity in consolidating assets in the Estonian commercial property sector.
\nAt the same time, EfTEN Real Estate Fund with its total assets of EUR 170 million is the largest commercial property fund in the Baltic countries.
\nIn 2013 the fund made a record-breaking number of 11 investments in the total amount of EUR 64.4 million. Converted to Estonian kroons this would make more than a billion kroons worth of new investments.
\nAll of the members of the EKFL could name their candidate for the Real Estate Event 2013 award. The winner was picked by the management board of the EKFL.<\/p>\n

The winner of the real estate event is declared at the annual EKFL\u2019 spring conference \u201cWhere is the Estonian property market headed?\u201d. The award is a certificate and Tauno Kangro\u2019s sculpture \u201cMan in the Window of His Dreams\u201d.<\/p>\n
