Lepa Centre signed a tenancy contract with Säästumarket
Lepa Centre, developed jointly by EfTEN Kinnisvarafond and Silikaat Group, signed a tenancy contract, as a result of which a Säästumarket will be opened on the first floor of the centre in May 2010
According to Toomas Õun, the managing director of Lepa Centre, construction works have already been started at the centre to prepare for the opening of the Säästumarket within the next few months. In addition to the extension in process, we will freshen up the appearance of the entire centre and tidy up the parking lot. The arrival of Säästumarket is an important indicator in the development of the position of the centre on the Pärnu retail market, said Õun. According to him, the construction and renovation works of Lepa Centre are being performed by Eston Ehitus, who won the competition organised among six bidders. According to Õun, Lepa Centre has great potential. The owners are investing into the centre in order to bring new lessees to the building, in addition to the already present high-quality tenants. Due to the proximity of our beach district and the immediate vicinity of the historical Pärnu Market, we are located in a unique site, the existence of which is rather a synergy for the development of the centre, Õun said.
At the moment, the largest tenants of Lepa Centre are Pharmac, Estonian Post, Fashionoutlet, Lihakarn, Bilaina, Natali, Susanna, Liiwi Kaubandus and Mai Apteek. The Lepa Centre registered immovable was acquired at the end of 2009 by the joint company Lepa Keskus OÜ of the investment company OÜ Aromare, which is owned by EfTEN Kinnisvarafond and Silikaat Group. In the buildings located next to the Office of the City Government of Pärnu, there are 5996 square metres of net area, including the unfinished extension.
