EfTEN Kinnisvarafond purchased the office building at Lõkke tn 4, Tallinn
Today, on 28 August, Elari Udam from Riigi Kinnisvara AS, and Viljar Arakas from AS EfTEN Kinnisvarafond, signed the sales contract for the office building at Lõkke tn 4 in the amount of MEEK 38.1.
The largest tenant of the office building at Lõkke tn 4, is the Centre of Registers and Information Systems. According to Viljas Arakas, Chairman of the Management Board of AS EfTEN Kinnisvarafond, the quality of tenants is of the utmost importance when making such purchases. “EfTEN analyses many projects and the basis for investment decisions is the length of stay and trustworthiness of the tenants,” Arakas said.
In June of this year, Riigi Kinnisvara AS called upon potential buyers to inform them of their wishes. 22 parties were interested in the office building located at Lõkke tn 4. EfTEN Kinnisvarafond made the best offer.
