EfTEN Capital and Kristjan Lepik to establish the asset management company TI EfTEN
According to Viljar Arakas, Chairman of the Board of EfTEN Capital, the team managed by Kristjan Lepik will start work in the business unit to be created. “According to the law the company will file needed documentation to the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority. The main field of business of EfTEN Capital continues to be the making and management of investment properties, but we wish to expand the profile of EfTEN with regard to asset management and build a new asset management company based on Estonian capital,” said Arakas.
According to Kristjan Lepik, TI EfTEN opens up new development opportunities for the current team of Tark Investor. “We plan to offer the clients investment opportunities on global markets. According to our estimates, the coming years on the global markets will be hectic, which is why we regard active portfolio management as being very important. In an environment where investment decisions in the financial sector keep moving outside Estonia, flexibility and a personal approach make for a good competitive advantage,” Lepik said.
