EfTEN Capital’s assets under management reached 500 million euros
Within 8-years history EfTEN Capital has grown its assets under management from zero to 500 million euros. Good results have been achieved in combination of every day’s hard work of our 35-member pan-Baltic team and thanks to Baltic states quick recovery from economical crises. In 2008 we started from scratch with only one real estate fund. Today EfTEN Capital manages 3 commercial real estate funds and offers private portfolio asset management services via its subsidiaries.
EfTEN has in portfolio 45 commercial buildings across the Baltics with more than 900 tenants.
