NOTIFICATION to TI EfTEN investments funds investors
On March 1st 2011 the board of Investment Management took the decision to close TI EfTEN investment funds Investeerimisfond TI EfTEN Maailma pärlid and Investeerimisfond TI EfTEN Globaalne portfell, the Financial Supervision Authority and Depository have been informed.
To guarantee equal treatment and protection of interests of the shareholders of both TI EfTEN investment funds the redemption of shares is suspended until the following day of the closing procedure notification disclosure, after which the redemption of shares will be suspended in accordance with the Law of Investment Funds § 180 (3) and payments to shareholders can be made in accordance with § 182.
